i am on the shittest shifts for work at the moment, my boss told me as i was out the door that i had to come back into work in six hours to do another 12 hour shift. i know its illegal but he threatened to fire my ass if i didn't. so i am just going to grit my teeth and battle through it i guess. no sleep and no post work joint make flynn something something.....

what the fuck? He can't do that to you (if your working with all the legal stuff in order)

That's a touchy situation. He can't do that, but if you don't do it he may fire you. You can complain to those workers rights places, but then you have to deal with a boss who hates you for filing a claim. If you do refuse to do the double shift and he does fire you, you can again contest that with the workers rights thingy. If you win you can get re-hired but the process is long and it sucks and in the meantime you will have no income, so better off getting another job. If you don't and wait to be re-hired you will be hated by your boss and wind up doing the dirty work. Never ending cycle. Unless you have another job, I'd advise you to shut your mouth continue working. But maybe check out options for another job.
