Spyware has been pissing me off, so I googled spyware solutions, and I got this.

Install that then open it, its got LOADS of sites that give you spyware in a list, go up the top and somewhere it says "add all to restricted sites" click that. If any of those sites try fucking your comp over, it will block it straight away, the sites listed in spysites are of the most common spyware giving sites.
