Post by WeedGuru_Flow »

Hi guys :)

I got this assignement to do for religion, I chose differente visions on life of people from different cultures/countries

and what better way to ask a couple of questions about this than on my beloved homepage: weedguru

since alot of people with different lifestyles/religions and people from different countries frequent this boards i thought this would be a great source of information

Now, do mind that this is a serious thing, if you dont feel like answering the questions ill type below , dont post okay?

And if you dont feel comfortable answering them in public feel free to pm them to me or send them to my email adress (elderflowah@hotmail.com)

Thanks in advance guys and gurls!

1.What is the most important thing in life for people of your country (for yourself) ?

2. Are you religious? If so, what religion, and how do you feel about Christianity?

3. Does religion play a big role in your daily life? How do you experience your religion?

4. (If you've ever been in Belgium, if not pass this question) Did you experience a difference between the way people interact here and the way they do in your country?

5. What's a normal day in your life (for most people in your country) no drug related activities here, it's for school :)

6. How is your relation with your parents? Do you have a good relationship with them or not?

7. How important is family to you? Explain a bit why it is / isn't

Thanks in advance ! I know it might be a long chore but you'll help me out a damned lot!

No pun, but this isn't what i meant by answering questions

Answer all 7 questions, just by the way you feel you should answer them. If your not religious just say your not and explain a bit as to why you aren't etc etc

thx alot again!

1.For the people of my country its all one power trip for oil. That is the people that are running it. For me its being at peace and trying to get along with everyone.

2.Yes. I am catholic. While I tend not to agree on everything that the church teaches I still think I believe in god.

3. No. But I do tend to think spiritually when I go walk around bye the river or woods.

4.No answer.

5.Get up go to work. Go mow lawns for a while. Listen to music. Run, lift, or box.

6.I get along perfectly fine with my parents for the most part.

7.Family is very important to me because people look out for one another in my family. Its always someone I can trust to.

1. I would say family, but for most other people (although would be ashamed to admit it) it's money.

2. I'm a Christian. TBH I don't feel "anything" about i, if that makes sense. It wouldn't make life any different for me if it wasn't there.

3. No it doesn't. Religion class in school is how I learn and experience it...if it's interesting enough to pay attention.

4. *skips*

5. Going to school or hanging out with friends is basically all that I do, apart from *ahem* the thing I'm not allowed to mention.

6. I have a great relationship with my parents. I'm really lucky and never take them for granted.

7. It's very important to me. My family are the foundations to my life. Know what I mean? I need my family, it's as simple as that!

Hope that made sense man. :)

1.What is the most important thing in life for people of your country (for yourself) ?

-Ehm,national pride, I don't know if this the answer you were looking for

2. Are you religious? If so, what religion, and how do you feel about Christianity?

-No, I feel that because it's a religion that started in the slave community, it teaches you how to be a good slave (how to make it as a slave), - slave morality which is negative.

3. Does religion play a big role in your daily life? How do you experience your religion?

It doesn't. I experience my religion through thinking about the exsistance of God and basically all the things I will never know the answer to.

4. (If you've ever been in Belgium, if not pass this question) Did you experience a difference between the way people interact here and the way they do in your country?

I've never been there, but my sister moved there, so I'll just tell you what she told me. She says that the Belgians are much easier to manipulate and con. They are a lot less conflictive and willing to fight. You could say they are a lot nicer.

5. What's a normal day in your life (for most people in your country) no drug related activities here, it's for school :)

Well, a lot of people here use drugs so it's gonna be a bit harder. I go to college sometimes (not every day), I mostly hang out with friends, play roullete, pool, basketball, smoke weed, and on weekends get drunk/stoned/take E and go to a techno party.

6. How is your relation with your parents? Do you have a good relationship with them or not?

I have a pretty good relationship with my parents. I've betrayed their trust a few times, but besides that, everything's ok.

7. How important is family to you? Explain a bit why it is / isn't

Family is the most important thing cause family is the hardest thing to loose.

Thanks in advance ! I know it might be a long chore but you'll help me out a damned lot!

1.What is the most important thing in life for people of your country (for yourself) ?

For myself I would say happiness, school, family, and friends. I would say happiness is the most important thing in life for people of my country.

2. Are you religious? If so, what religion, and how do you feel about Christianity?

I am Jewish, but very reformed. I am neutral towards Christianity.

3. Does religion play a big role in your daily life? How do you experience your religion?

Religion does not play a big role in my life. I experience religion through synagogue (two or three times a year) and through holidays and family gatherings.

4. (If you've ever been in Belgium, if not pass this question) Did you experience a difference between the way people interact here and the way they do in your country?

Never Been.

5. What's a normal day in your life (for most people in your country) no drug related activities here, it's for school

Go to school, hang out with friends, play some sports etc.

6. How is your relation with your parents? Do you have a good relationship with them or not?

I have a very good relationship with my parents.

7. How important is family to you? Explain a bit why it is / isn't

Family is very important to me as it should always be the place you turn when you have problems. Your family should always be there for you and always be understanding of mistakes you have made.

1.What is the most important thing in life for people of your country (for yourself) ? The most important thing is to be happy with yourself.

2. Are you religious? If so, what religion, and how do you feel about Christianity? If by religious, you mean do I participate in any religious activities, no. As of now, I consider myself to be agnostic, even though I believe in God, but I am interested in learning about other religions. My parents raised me Catholic (That counts as Christian, yes?) and I sort of strayed away from that. I don't agree with some of the beliefs they hold.

3. Does religion play a big role in your daily life? How do you experience your religion? No, it does not. I don't know how one would experience agnosticism.

4. (If you've ever been in Belgium, if not pass this question) Did you experience a difference between the way people interact here and the way they do in your country?

5. What's a normal day in your life (for most people in your country) no drug related activities here, it's for school A normal day, as in what do I do that day? Um, people wake up, go to work or school, come home for just, personal free time. Then dinner time, more free time, then bedtime. That was a crappy answer.

6. How is your relation with your parents? Do you have a good relationship with them or not? I think my relationship with my parents is good. I try to keep them informed of what's going on with my friends and myself. Of course, I don't tell them everything, and they do a lot of things that annoy me, but that doesn't affect the relation.

7. How important is family to you? Explain a bit why it is / isn't Family is very important to me, because they are the people who you knew first, the people who raised you. They're the very first people who made you who you are today. As important as they are, I don't want to see them when I grow up. My siblings, anyway. I plan to distance myself from them, except maybe for around the holidays. Honestly, if they weren't my family, I probably wouldn't like them as friends.

1.What is the most important thing in life for people of your country (for yourself) ?

Money, alcohol, football

2. Are you religious? If so, what religion, and how do you feel about Christianity?

I wouldnt call myself religious, spiritual is more the word. Christianity is more about controlling people than helping them in my opinion.

3. Does religion play a big role in your daily life? How do you experience your religion?

Not really, i don't pray or anything like that. Sometimes i'll think about religion or philosopise about religious issues, but nothing regular/

4. (If you've ever been in Belgium, if not pass this question) Did you experience a difference between the way people interact here and the way they do in your country?

Never been.

5. What's a normal day in your life (for most people in your country) no drug related activities here, it's for school :)

Wake up, wash, college, pub and/or football, sleep.

6. How is your relation with your parents? Do you have a good relationship with them or not?

I'd say my relationship with my parents is better than most, of course they get on my nerves but they mean welll and they do alot for me. I keep em pretty informed on what's going on in my life, we get on well.

7. How important is family to you? Explain a bit why it is / isn't

Family is one of if not the most important thing in my life. It's the one thing that will be there no matter what so you need to respect it, cherish it and protect it.

1.What is the most important thing in life for people of your country (for yourself) ? Apparently themselves, I live in the U.S. and peoples tend to be very self-obsessed here, like to an unreasonable degree

2. Are you religious? If so, what religion, and how do you feel about Christianity? Kinda, you might say that, even though I don't believe in alot of the stuff the Bible tries to feed you. How do I feel about Christianity, well I'm christian so there you go.

3. Does religion play a big role in your daily life? How do you experience your religion? Not all that much..

4. (If you've ever been in Belgium, if not pass this question) Did you experience a difference between the way people interact here and the way they do in your country?

5. What's a normal day in your life (for most people in your country) no drug related activities here, it's for school Pig out on fast food, play video games, stare at oneself in the mirror

6. How is your relation with your parents? Do you have a good relationship with them or not? Yeah sure, we don't really have a problem with each other

7. How important is family to you? Explain a bit why it is / isn't Most important thing in the world to me, because no matter what goes wrong during the day, or who the hell is against you, you can always turn to family for help and support
