i read in the paper today that this bitch without a license hit a 19yo walking home in her car and didn't stop. the poor kid died on the side of the road after what was estimated to be about 2 hours. police found blood and hair on the left hand side of her windshield and arrested her the next day. her defence was that she thought it was a dog and didn't want to stop in case it bit her.

the bitch got a fucking fine and can't drive for two years, thats it! the slut was driving without a licence and she is told she can't drive for two years?! hmmmm....

this sort of thing makes me so mad

our judicial sytem has totally hit rock bottom. she should have at least have been given a custodial sentence. fines are for parking violations and returning rental videos late, not killing a young man driving without a license

If i was that boys family i would be flipping my lid right now, thats not a punishment. If shes driving without a lisence anyway what difference will a driving ban make? That bitch must be sleeping with the chief of police or something.

i agree somewhat with that statement, but u got two arguments for that, 1. if u kill someone by accident, say u mow them down in ur car, and u stop and help them and do ur best, u obviously shouldnt be killed in the same way cause at least u tried to help them.
2. sometimes its better to make murderers suffer, someone could shoot someone else in the head, they could die instantly, for the killer to be killed in the same way would not be punishment enough, they should be made to suffer like the family of the murdered person had to when they lost their loved one
