He's 16 years old, he's definetly not gonna get in that much trouble or get put in jail. He had two baby ass plants he'll probly get some probation and thats about it.

My friend got caught with a few o's on him, a scale, 2 bottles of alcohol, some adderol and acid and nothing even happened to him. You dont get introuble for your first offense when you're a kid.

Right man You dont even wanna know of all the trouble I got in for my first offense under age. Its all based on your location on how bad there gonna bust you up.

Yeah, but growing pot is usually always classed as growing with intent to supply, as usually that is what most people do. So I still think this dude is bullshitting, and when he was around previously i didn't like him anyway.

I do not belive this story one bit.

Hes from NY, So hes claming hes in a hood, No matter what, if hes in a hood and got busted growing, Hes going to be in some trouble. I dnot care hes 16, Judge wont either. I know people who were younger and are going years.

Growing will be classified as intent to distrubute, He would be fucked.

I dont belive it.

if u were caught smoken shit in here you'll be in jail for 3 months at first ,then if u were caught again 6 months then 7 years and if u were caught for dealing u'll go to jail for 6 years
