He was smoking crystal, but somwhere in the lightbulb there is a white powder that you can smoke. Seriously wouldnt recommend it though. Tastes like shit and extremely bad for you. I didnt do it but knew someone who did.

Ya I seen a guy do this up at a hotel party one time. Asked me if I wanted some and I told him that I dont want to waste my life away. He got pretty pissed and tried to start something with me but I just walked away cause him and all his tweaker buddies were starting to get edgy.

if its not a white tinge bulb u can smoke weed out of a lightbulb fine.. just.. why the fuck would u want to? get some rollies or something, smoke a blunt. leave the lights for... lighting.
