A Pennsylvania woman knew something was up when her electricity bill went through the roof. Little did she know, she was helping her neighbours out with the cost of growing marijuana in a basement growing operation. THe woman called her power company after receiving a bill totalling over $500. The utility company sent a guy out to the house and he found a wire running from one home to another!!

I mean come on, people usually steal from the company - not the damn neighbour!!! THe neighbour notices the increase , not the mutli millionaire dollar company. Unless you have bad luck. And bad wiring.
