yeah i mentioned this before. heyy a cheaper way is to jus go to your nearest doctors or some kinda public building and ask em if you can have the bottle when its empty. itd help if you chose a place that actually had one of them water things.

if acess is denied(they wont let you have it), DO NOT pick it up and walk out with it when they're not looking. i'm sure you know what i mean. are they really gonna go crazy if someone steals it? it'd be their fault for being such mean bastards and not letting you have it in the first place.

there is a plan three. now if you call the water company and tell them ur interested, theres a chance they might let you try it on a months free trial or something. thats how we got one in this place i once worked. they were practically going round to work places and offering them free for a month. they didnt come to ours but someone called them and they delivered. i dunno if this is universally accepted but you might as well give it a go. what you gonna lose if they say no?
