anybody want to write it for me?

basically ive got no idea on what programs i should use or where i find the files or which torrent websites i should use so i was wondering if somebody could fill me in cause im tired of slow transfers

uhm, all of a sudden i had bt on my pc, its not that hard, you download the .torrent files and then open 'em with bt thats when they start downing

well, only used it once but that's what happeneedd

im wondering where the best place to get the files is and do you have to share that much in return cause im worried about my bandwidth going

no , i dont think u have to share to use bt

i use it to download files, patches etc

i'll see what i can do, i'll try and get some torrent sites for you,
what it is, is on a torrent a few kbs from your u\l are used to make the whole download for people downloading the same thing at the same time, meaning the busier the better, i got 250kbs downloading the SW:ep3 trailer.

I use the website http://www.torrents.to it searches a good load of BitTorrent sites (some work some dont)

yes sharing is a big part in bit torrent.. cause the files them selfs are not hosted on the sites its other people that upload them so people can download them then upload them to other people and so and so forth

for a bit torrent application go to http://azureus.sourceforge.net/

and for bit torrent sites .. go to .. www.btsites.tk

but remeber p2p ( Peer 2 Peer) network relies on other people uploading as much as they downloaded hence why its call file sharing

lol i think ive mastered it now anyways, its just the forwarding on my router is shit so i dont think im getting the full speed, so far its averaged at 30kb download

the speed u download depends on the speed of 3 things

1.Speed of ur inter net...
2. speed of which people are uploading the file.. some people only upload at 10kb/s

3. which ports u have forwarded..

i got 720 kbps or sumthin close and from bi-torrent.com i get 20kbps speeds max, is that bad then?
