septum is the top bridge of your nose. the rest im not sure of, parts of the ear i would assume.

conch is the inside part of your ear, it goes through the ear and out the back. earl is between my eyes. septum is like a bull, you know, middle of the nose. and a monroe is a beauty mark piercing, it's located between my nose and upper lip but kind of off to the side, where marlyin monroe's mole was.

Haha, yeah I used to think septum piercings were really masculine and distracting but now I love them. I have a tiny little continuous loop in mine. It's very cute!
