Went to court, Everything seemed to be fine, Got it dropped from atempt. B and E to MDOP. Got to go back in a couple weeks to finalize everything. But i got drug tested on the spot, Came up postive for THC. So i guess this is the end, I have to quit smoking pot. Got to jus stop....

thats fucked up though. how are they going to give you a drug test on the spot before your ass was charges with anything or given a warning. the damn legal system can be fucked up. here they are sweating you over some minor shit like smoking weed when they are letting rapist and murderers out on the street? sorry if it seems like i am venting, but it doesnt make any damn sense to me.

Adn yeah, justice system is fucked up, but not always in a bad way. Three of my mates got busted with 9 kilos of weed, and they each got 5 years probation (which, in Belgium, means if they bust you for the same charges again during your probation, you go to jail. No drug tests, no nothing.)
