It looks like a normal glass pipe but way more expensive. What gives? How does it work?

Dude it's like a mini bong. You get the filtered water and you usually get bigger bowls which means bigger and more hits. That and you can suck it right through the bottom of the bowl when it's cashed. Bubblers are the s**t.

u put wated in the bubble...and it bubbles while u toke. Hints the name "bubbler"
