why do i feel like the world's gettin more mean,
people becoming less friendly, less clean,
in their thinking, in their way of life,
dishonesty and evil seem rife.
more money is been made by the gun and the knife,

why so much friction, why so much hate?
was all this festering before me, was i born too late??
to understand why,
the world has become a place which makes the angels cry.

so much has been destroyed,
in a race to make every human being officialy employed,
in a system designed to torment and control,
you gotta keep the machine moving, cos lifes shit on the dole...

people take so much, but give so little,
this is why the backbone of society is so fucking brittle,
and none wants to share,
or live in a manner that you could call fair..
or just,
cos values likes humility and temperence have been replaced by greed and lust...
