maybe, depends if they IP ban him or not, if he has a dynamic the only thing they can do is ban an IP Range, meaning a whole ISP gets blacklisted.. if thats the case, just do what maddox did (maddox - best site in the world, google it)

put up a page to everyone from that ip, saying "your isp has been blacklisted due to "motha man" here is his e-mail, please thank him in your own way"

but that'd mean people loose out on the site, and i know i wouldnt be pleased if i couldnt access my fav forum due to someone elses behaviour

heres hoping, immature ppl like him lower the tone of this place, even in the short time i've been here, i've seen it go downhill due to people like this.. yeah u can ignore them, but its better (IMO) to get rid of them alltogether.
