How To Prevent Whities?

Ok, i got a problam guys, what is the best way of Preventing whities?

1) Eat Lots Of Foot First / Or / Eat No Food
2) Drink Lots Before / or / Drink nothing Before
3) Drink When You Smoke / or / Dont Drink When you smoke
SO whats the best cercamstances?

and, have you found a way to stop.. like think about the ocion, or something?.. i dunno..

1) eat normally 3 meals a day and when you have the mucnhies you know the score
2) drink when your thirsty
3) as above

ive not whiteyed for a year and a bit, usually its just cause i smoke too much or smoke in the circumstances opposite to those above.

A whitey is throwing up because of weed. I threw up once smoking, but that was a soapbar/baccy bong mix which is disgusting to those who don't know. They happen very rarely though, usually with new smokers I think.

im so glad this was brought up cuz i threw up for the first time last week. i dont know what it was but i did smoke a bit more than usual, but i didnt seem totally out of my head or sick to my stomach at all.
i took a hit off a joint and didnt even feel that nausious and just threw up almost randomly. after it was over i felt fine and it wasnt that big of a deal at all. it was wierd especially cuz ive been smoking for awhile and its never happened before.

looking back, i think it was probably the rolling paper that caused it (the last time i smoked a joint was about a year ago) or the kid could have put tobacco or some shit in it as i didnt see him roll it. what do you guys think?

i'm glad i'm not the only one that's happened to. i've smoked for a few years now and i've thrown up once. the only time was when my dealer introduced me to his dealer and sister. we went out to the movies and on the way we were passing the bowl around in the car. we'd already smoked at the house and i thought i should probably stop taking hits because i didn't usually smoke that much. by the time we were at the movies i was trippin balls so i don't even remember the movie. i just felt really bad until i threw up. i felt better afterwards but not really cause i was so paranoid if other people in the theatre saw me and embarrased about my dealer's friends.
other times before that i've felt sick if i stoped smoking for a while then smoked too much, but never threw up. each time i knew i was smoking too much but kept on for some reason

tokin42, I'm not sure if it was the tobacco but it if your anything like me it probably was. I never feel ill when I smoke it pure, just with tobacco.

i can honestly say i've never whitied. i've been sick while smoking, but its usually when i drink booze too.. i feel sick then, but if i have the munchies and eat, thats the only time i throw up.
last time i threw up was after 6 hours in the pub, left the pub RATTED. then started on the smoke, then started eating. wasnt too well after that.

then again, i have collapsed from smoking, but that was on morroccan black.. i dont like smoking standing up, unless im walking somewhere.. standing in the same place just makes me feel dizzy for some reason.

Thanks for all your help guys,

SMoked 2 kingsize joints weed only last nite, then went into night club and drank about 7 to 9 pints..

No Whitie .. So its like the lottory, some times ur alright, and on rare occasions u whitie..
