First time I really did shrooms I watched this movie haha it was great. It took me half an hour to realize that I was tripping out and seeing shit, and that it wasn't the movies special effects of the drug trips hahaha it was the cooolest thing ever. Then I went upstairs nad this song that was playing just started with this dudes voice talking, so my buddy Rahul and I were like, Hello? Someone in there? and then we turned around and looked back down this empty hallway that comes into the kitchen (we had both just looked down it to see the source of the voice) and my buddy Eric all of a sudden appears right there! Sent Rahul and I flying back against the wall cause it was so sudden. Funny shit though.

lol. instead of watching fear and loathing on shrooms, try watching natural born killers. if you saw that for the first time on a bunch of mushrooms you'd blow a mind gasket
Anyone seen a movie by Dvaid Lynch called Eraserhead. It's fucking scary sober and i watched it on a bad trip eating 40g of wet shrooms my second time.
i agree with you on the being in a familiar place. that is a must. but when i listened to music while tripping....it is.. strange.
you can be listening to anything and it will start to slow down more and more until finally it isnt even music anymore. it is really creepy. it just turns into talking..scary talking...death..pain..lonliness.. and you are actually hearing these words and they sound sad. so scary that when i heard this, the music went off.
but i guess that was a bad trip eh? im really big on audios when i trip. hard to explain. but mad scary. especially when people are talking to you and the words they are saying arent really real. ok im done.
i usually like listening to music while i'm high too, but mushrooms are my exception. on shrooms the music controls my mood too much, so if it's even a little sad or slow sounding i'll get depressed or if it gets too fast i'll feel tense. so unless i can find the perfect music i usually don't listen.
also tv isn't really that great for me on shrooms. i feel like the tv is trying to hijack my mind and make me think only about that's on the screen. people can have some pretty wierd habits on mushrooms. i've heard of some people not watching tv because it looks too 2D or flat.
