i've heard a few people on the forums talking about hydro weed but i dunno what people mean by this
is it somthing to do with the growing process that makes it more potent or something?
and if i am correct in saying it is something about the way it grows, are the hydro plants easy to grow?
Stoners live and stoners die, but in the end we all get high. so if at first u dont succeed, fuck the world and smoke some weed

yeah hydro bud is grown in special growth media without soil....just because bud is grown hydro does not mean it is more potent it is simply a space efficient way of growing larger crops....often best with clones

Everything youll ever need to know about hydro. Basically what Flynn said, its grown in lava rocks, or a a peat rock medium, you start off germing and first few weeks of veg in rockwool cubes. Then when you've built a strong root system, transfer into your hydro setup. Most common is a Ebb/and Flow system, also Aerotubes. Hydro setups have a reservoir full of your water/nute mix, and a pump which delivers the supplement through your misters into your root base. This way, the roots breathe easy, get fed the exact amount of water and nutes you desire, and it is a continuous cycle. Hydro timers differ from soil in that you can set your misters to go off every 15 mins, its proven that hydro outperforms soil in every aspect.

true mon but generally you get somethin hydroponic its gonna be pretty potent.
Hydro kicks soils ass even if a soil grower knows whats theyre doing, soooo much better. In vegging, anything stays relatively equal with the hydro plants getting a bit stockier and bushy, but during flower youll really see the difference...
someone just got their first hydroponic sysytem set up... [/img]

Ohhh Right on man a waterhouse! Just a heads up, mylar is overated. It actually absorbs a lot more light then most people think, instead of reflecting it, much better off with plain old white paint if you wanna get some big bud development on the lower nodes of your plant.
Keep us updated, feel free to pm me if you have any questions ;]
Edit - with mylar you also get "hot spots", potential burn damage
holy crap. my parents just found ALL of my plants and i'm now paking my shit up and being kicked out man this sucks.
