Hmmm do you guys actually hold it in as long as you can every hit? I just get that feeling (you know the one..) that tells you when you should exhale? I dunno, maybe its just me, but i hold it in as long as i can if im taking huge hits of a bucket or something where i know im not gonna get as many hits as i would hittin a J.

i usually just hold like bongs and lungs in, and usually when im smokin my bowl before school or sleeping, saves me a lil bud, when smokin a j with some buddys of mine we usually pass around a few at a time just hold for a few secs

but for now its already 2 am got to get up in a few hours and go to school so im out

15 seconds? Fuck that! We hold in our hits as absolutely long as possible. The more you do it the longer you can hold it in. You need to hold it in until it seems like you feel the numbness creeping through your veins in your face. We counted the longest I have ever held in a hit when I was extremely fucked. I held it for 2 minutes and 54 seconds. You will get more fucked than anything before. There is a point where you have to let the air out and breath, but when I felt it I actually forced myself to hold the hit in longer. Everything went black and there was a circle of light in the center. the longer I held it the smaller my circle became. When it got down to pin size I let go, fell over and puked. But I was the most fucked Ive ever been. Havent done it again tho. Figured I might go into a coma from holding it that long. I hold it now for an average of 1 min and 10 sec.

a minute 15? wtf do you do with the joint? ill hold it in occasionally as it goes around the rotation but i usually just puff it hold it in for a couple secodns and exhale, theres more smoke coming in right away..

Yeah that feeling is most likely just lack of oxygen, not the weed...

That was just one experimental time to see how long we could hold it and how much it would affect you. Most of the time we just hold it for about aminunte. We usually have a pipe instead of joints. We all just sit in silence while we are holding it in. We enjoy the smoke very much. We dont waste weed that way. We have time for the high to creep up on us without being distracted. Maybe We are crazy, but it is fun.
