ok stu ive done all that even system restore, and its still slow as fuck. and i cant just thow it out the window cuz its the family computer. but eddy i think im going to have to do it ur way but ive got windows xp and ive made back up copys of all the impotant stuff, but i dont under stand what am i lookin for, like what do i install and so on and so forth...

Trailer m8 u done somethintg silly dont do system restore certain spyware/adware and virus's hide in system restore files so that when u clear ya pc and then use system restore at a later date guess what u get the virus back with it. Its why I turned system restore off on my pc and I got Symantec Get Back! It does the same thing but coming from the anti-virus company is almost damn enar impregnable by such harmful programs!

well it doesnt really matter cuz the system restore didnt work properly and way it was like u cant restore ur system to this piont becuase there was no change in ur computer...

if you download porn a lot you will get a lot of "spyware" and stuff. One way to get rid of some of it is to go to start menu then control panel then add/remove programs. If you see ne thing suspicious delete it. I have also found that ad-aware works greatly too. I had this same problem and now it is fixed..

put in the disk and it shuld load up an ask what u want to do...install etc. click to create a completely new installation. ur computer will begin to install then say that it needs to reboot. when it reboots make sure that u boot from te disk. it will come up wid a blue screen and say a load a shit about term an conditions just pres f8 or wateva it says, and it will say summit like wat do u want to do. press the key for install windows xp, it will then say which label to u want to install on tell it and then it will ask wether or not u want to format ur dirve select YES and wait. after the format the computer will then reboot again and will automatically carry on installing, just follow what it says from then on and it will be done
