This is a cool prank to pull on the guy that's always begging for a cigarette. Take a match and stuff it in the cigarette, with the sulphur head sticking just below the tip of the cig so it's not visible. So when the guy asks for a smoke, give him the match cig and watch as the thing goes up in flames in his face.

Hilarity ensues. Prank works better in the dark by the way.
