Good chance you'll be getting weekly drug tests...
you couldnt be farther from the truth
the legal papers say....you were arrested for trespassing
not for smoking weed, or having weed
or even smoking ciggarets
if you were getting arrested for having weed or smoking it...then you would be in some what trouble with drug tests and manditory rehabilitiation counseling
i was arrested here in florida for having weed
may 26th....and am still on probation
and still take drug tests
need 2 more rehab meetings
and 1 more drug test
....so no worries man
keep smoking weed
if something happends and they decide to flip it on you when you meet your probation officer
then stop smoking
.....but dont stop smoking till then
since you were never busted for weed the terms of your probation will have nothing to do with weed or any drug test for that matter
youll probably have to do a few community service hours
and write that essay
