I need to take a drug test soon and i need to be clean for it. Any recommendations for what i can do? and how long does it take to clear out your system?

a friend of mine decide to stop tokin to get a job and he stopped for a month and passed tha test. i also would've thought that drinking loads of water and fruit juice would clear the system. hope that helps
