On holiday i did pills 9 nights in a row in extremly high temperatures, dancing in hot clubs all night and, at times, not enough water coz i ran out of money and it was about 3euros a bottle after 3am. I'm still here and a very happy camper I know you probably did that half a pill long ago and realised it was fine, but thought i'd give you a bit of re-assurance in case you decided against it.
