i fucking love it.. bout time they crack down on these stupid asses.. YOU DON'T RUN FROM THE COPS.. jesus.. what's it gonna take to get that through everybodys' heads? if you're innocent, then don't fucking run! if you did something wrong and know you're gonna get your ass beat anyway, then run your ass off, no one gives a flying fuck what happens to you..

Now that can go a few ways.

-Say your smokin a dubie by yourself on your porch or sumtin, A cop rolls up and you know your gonna get arrested for smokin bud. You dont think it should be illegal, But if you know anything about jail your gonna want to run as quick as you fuckin can and in your mind you still are innocent.

-And alot of times people arent innocent. Almost everybody knows the laws. And people break em and take the chance. But if im sellin a key of coke and i get busted you best belive ima run. Cuz i have more to live for then to get killed in prison. I know people who have gotten caught doin sumtin where they're jus tryin to make some cash not bein violent at all and get busted and jus tryin to support thier family and end up killed in prison. It ainet right.

okay.. maybe i can understand it, if it's only for getting spotted smoking a joint, but there are boundaries. i mean no offense, i don't mean this in the bad way, but those people who ARE the dealers take that chance, and they're gonna have to live with it. that is why everyone doesn't grow their own.. most people won't fuck with that shit. i know i'm not gonna get into that until i'm in my mid 20's with my own apartment.

but this guy stole a car, hit someone, and fucking ran while still in his car, then he GETS OUT, fucking RUNS some more, THEN he decides he doesn't wanna run anymore? he's probly some lazy out of shape mother fucker who couldn't handle running for any more than 30 yards without stopping to rest, so then he decides he'll stop, yet again probably because he's concerned about HIS health and is afraid to take his punishment beating. my opinion? beat the fucktard senseless.

I saw a guy getting beaten with a baton by spainish police for taking a piss outside a club when the toilets were full. The Officers asked him to leave, he did without any trouble then as he walked away they started cracking him with their batons from behind. These are the good guys, thank god for the boys in blue

This whole thing is ridiculous. No, it's not justifiable for a police officer to beat you shitless with his flashlight just because you ran away from him. Resisting arrest does not call for a beating, with the exception that the police officer was physically harmed, in which case it's his/her duty to restrain the criminal properly and handcuff him/her. Police officers are supposed to be trained, contained, controlled people who only do what's necessary to restrain and arrest the criminal. So what if you run? If the man stops, he's obviously given up, and the police should simply handcuff him and take him down to the station, not smash his skull in. This is clearly police brutality, and should be taken care of as such. Oh, and to answer your question Tokin, I guess your lawyer would be the right person to call.
