I was skinnin up earlier and thought about an idea, dunno if it would work but if you could extract thc from green then make the rizla out of hemp and thc so then all you have to do is add baccy or u could still add green if you wanted. Or if they just made the whole paper out of bud then you wouldnt have to put any more green in, not sayin u couldnt but it wouldnt be neccesary.
