I have found the iptimum ime to have a splff is 1 hour before you play fooball. Last week i ha a spliff at 5m and played football at 615pm, i was amazing, the best i have played for years, 5 goals to the good, i nearly recreated a special goal where paulo sousa sent a 50 yard pass forard which del piero let it fall over his head to perfectly volley into thetop corner. anwyay i hit the bar, the wind slightly got hold of it. anyway yes i had aspliff as i strted playing tonigt ad i played pretty bd. so i think 1 hour before it perfect.happy toking.
