Mark Chapman up for parole

Mark Chapman is the guy who murdered John Lennon for those who don't know. I feel strongly about this cause, this guy should be left to rot in jail. If anyone wishes to protest against this I will try and find the address to write to.

Why is Mark Chapman any different from any other murderer? Why should he be left to rot while other murderers get out on parole? Just because he shot a celebrity?

I see what you guys are saying but its my opinion that people who kill in cold blood should rot in jail ragardless of the victim. I'm not saying John Lennon (or anyone else) is more important than anyone but he had millions of people who loved him and experienced a great deal of pain. He must have understood the amount of pain and anguish he was going to cause. Fair enough if John Lennon being murdered doesn't cause you pain but there are a lot of people who disagree.

Is that a genuine spelling mistake or what. Because Lennon was the man, Lenin was kind of cool. I agree with the principles of communism but it would never work in a major country.
