I woke up today to find, My left arm, shoulder, back, neck and head ache like hell. I've been feeling like this all day, and I don't know what could have caused it. I can't look up or it hurts my neck, so basically, I've been staring at the floors mostly today. Booo.

o. i somtimes wake up with leg cramp. but the hole body side cramping is mest,

try sleeping on the floor....seriously grab sum blankets and pillows and sleep on the floor. i usually just wake up with a bug ass head ache though....

Oh!..LMFAO, i just found out why one of my mates wasn't with us after we got away..because he fell over the same fence I did and knocked himself unconcious..hahaha!

yeah i twisted my knee last night, me and a bunch of people were chillin @ thie lil blue bridge smokin.. we were just finished drinking.. and i look see a car coming and i noticed the lights ontop of the car (a bunch of them were being loud a lil while ago too) so i jump u im like pigs and take off and they sit there like really im like its fuckin 5-0 book it and im already gone, they just start running the search like comes on and i was running across some field there was a ditch i didnt notice and i twisted my knee (but kept running).. thankfully it didnt hurt this morning but when i quit running it killed lol good fun..

Dude i got hit in the mouth wit the butt of a pellet gun and it broke one of my teeth right out !
