How do you grow shrooms?

I have some shrooms like 3 caps that are dried in a bag how do I get the spores off them and grow em and whats the easiest way and how long does it take?
BTW: I have alot of cow shit around here if it grows best in there

kk first off you cant get spores form a dryed shroom cap.
2nd if your really into growing go to mycotopia.net they have all the info you would ever need.
Try the PF tek Just ask around and you will find it
