my plants budded today

hey my plants budded today but one turned into a hermaphrodite is that bad??? also the other one budded with white hairs is that really good?
do you have any males in with your plants??? if so get them the fuck out of there! you don't want seeds in your bud!
edit: white hairs are good, definently female...pics?
