It's like the babies from MSN and your phone.
It keeps a contact list and such, but its not an IM program. You call people, it rings they pick it up and vice versa.
Also, in future releases, you will be able to call any phone in the world, but it'll probably cost a subscription fee.

Should probably add that my SN is Sovetskeey as well lol...
