Meditation on weed

Seems really trippy... I need to do this, have some meditation CDs on mp3 and I'm wondering if I should listen to them when I go to bed tonight or when I'm high

do you actually know how to get into a meditative state? before i head out surfing i usually sit on my mat, put some cruisy acoustic instrumental music on and tune out for a while...puts me in the right frame of mind to get out there....and yes marijuana does help you concentrate inwards

ive had some fucking well tripped out meditation sessions when ive been high, some trippy music on in the background...

the sort of things you end up seeing are completely whacked, gorrillas walking along on thier hands down railway lines at high speed, strange tunnles which turn into the longest of snakes then into the longest of trains, 1000 swords swinging arround my brain...

yup, definatley recomend that to anyone who knows how to get into a true state of meditation, it kicks ass!

You dont learn meditation it comes to you naturally after you find that peaceful inner state. Where outside nothing matters anymore and you feel the flow of energy within you coursing with ideas, strengths, logic or whatever else you wish to gain from it.

Just bein an awkward feck but you didnt learn how to get your blood flowing round your body or learn how to get your heart pumping when you were born these things came naturally as does meditation

you body pumps the blood around, which YOUR body does, and blood doesnt get pumped around your body natually =D

your body is you!! and it does get pumped round naturally!! You know that heart that nature gave us to be able to live and what all animals have!! Your heart didnt one day learn to pump it just does.

You cant learn it when your born!

Years ago there was a yogi whos control over the muscles in his body was so great he could stop his heart for short periods of time (like a min)

i saw this on that "ripleys beleive it or not" thing on bravo ages ago, so it could jus be a crock o shit
