MSN has twice signed me in when I was away. Last night when I went to the pub wit me Dad to make up for our row (we got sloshed) so I wasnt here and I had signed out. As well as this afternoon when I was aiding my Grandad with the biulding of his pc. I OFFER MY SINCEREST OF APOLOGIES TO ANYONE WHO TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH I KNOW IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING (ya know just like reading caps

) I have been told by a friend that msn watches for spikes in internet connection availability and when u have ya password stored it signs you in when cnnections good and signs you out when their is a drop in connectivity?
Beldin if u could gimme ya heads up on this?

isnt there a way of changing the setting to stop it from doin that? i never let the fucking thing auto log me in anymore, tis a bugger when your playing counter strike or summin then suddenly start lagging like fuck cause msn decided you need to socialise and you get bombarded with message windows...
...grrr! *shakes fist at bill gates*

Well, your friend is certainly wrong. Sometimes you get signed in when you don't want to be, but usually that is because of another aspect of the OS. Are you using Windows XP? If so, that would explain the problem. XP is pathetically eager to please, and if it in any way thinks you would have wanted to be on msn, it'll sign you on. It is also bloody hard to get it to not save your password on Windows XP - I had to change mine to get it to stop signing in (not on my computer, I don't use XP).
