What youll need:
One litre pepsi bottle
Other of the other smaller bottles of any type you prefer(i used a brisk one)
exacto knife, scissors, razor blade , some cutting instrument
plastic bag (i used a shoping bag but a sandwhich bag would work good)
tape packing tape works really good but if you dont have any, duct tape will do)
a bowl and a lighter

cut the bottom sections of both the bottles off leaving the part with the label and the lid attatched to each other, set the bottles aside
take your bag and cut off eaither end so that you can hold it and it makes a big ring
cut about a foot or more section off wrap the plastic around one of the bottles and tape it with whichever tape you used try to make air tight, i suggest wraping about a foot and a bit section of tape around and then another. repeat this with the other bottle.
this should be pretty air tight maybe not compltely but as long as theirs no big holes it shouldnt mattermake sure theirs a lid on the smaller bottle. take the big lid and burn a hole in it until you can fit your bowl in with an air tight seal. fill the bottom bottle most of the way up with water but not eneugh so that it spills over the edges leave about an inch of clearence or so, to your judgement. put your bowl lid on the one litre and pack it. get the falme over the bowl so it goes down and let the bottom bottle go it will pull down a bit and then stop, if you used eneugh bag pull it down the rest of the way and suck in the smoke for a crazy hoot.
