Cant seem to get seeds to spout

ive attempted to grow only like twice but ive given up becuase everytime none of my seeds are spouting is there anything i can do to make sure they sprout besides germanation

wet some toilet paper and fold your seeds in them then wrap the toilet paper up in tin foil and put it in your window for a week or two. Worked for me
