The different types of high come from the type of bud you smoke. There's two strains that plants can be divided into. Indicia and Sativa. Sativa is a really get up and go high, while Indicia is a really heavy "stoned" high.

A mental high is when your (sub)consciousness creates the illusion of a high. For example the term "high on life" is one form of a mental high. Ever thought you were sick, and you really weren't? Your mind created the illusion? Illusions are a must-have ingredient for reality

Physical would be like a all body high i think. Ive had those, Some of the greatest highs ive ever felt too.

i've had a few physical highs before too...most of them my whole boidy felt like it was all heavy...and i cant really explain the feeling...it was great though :
