About 2 months ago my friend found a plant in his friend's neighbors yard. He is a dumbass so all he did was take a few leaves. Keep in mind, this was back in July or August so it should be full grown and ready to harvest by now. If we go back tomorrow, will there be buds on it? It was completely unattended to in this guy's backyard.

hm... if you ask me, yea, i would think there would be some buds on the top of it. i've seen weed plants grow in the strangest places. its probably crappy weed though since you said it was unattended which means it was never fed and watered irregualrly. but hey, if the ol' man dosen't bother, you might as well. good luck.

How do you know it was unattended? If it was my plant outdoors i would leave it till near harvest then go check on it. If youre gonna steal someones plants then be prepared for the bad karma you will receive!
