Growing Question: Do you gro 1 plant and thn it die

In other words is there only 1 plant per harvest. do plants die after a harvest?

i saw a movie- "how high" saw somewhere that they were smokin the shit of the plant straight, (harvesting) and all that was left of the plant was measley stems - would it re-gro from that?

They do die if you remove all the foliage. If you leave quite a bit on you can re-veg them. This is supposedly not the best idea though as the plant can be stressed out and start to produce male flowers (hermaphrodite) and no body wants seeds in their smoke.

No. What i am saying is that your female plant may become stressed and start to produce 1 or 2 male flowers which can pollenate your plant. There is no such thing as male bud as far as i know. There are seeded and un-seeded female buds though.
