yea, dont waste a condom, kids in africa are fucking like lions in mating season and gettin aids like a bitch. Come on bud. But that does spark an idea, maybe if ur carbon could put enough force to blow the condom like a bubble, or use a balloon and then take it off and carry it around and smoke, kinda like a volcano vaporizer
