Interesting viewing my dear Rasta...but the England and Wales % is far removed from reality. Very hard to take such statistics accurately...for various reasons. France would be higher also, I suspect.

This is based on if people actually took the survery...and how many people the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime have caught with dope. (I'm guessing that's what they do). Gotta think of the people like me who never get into trouble and smoke under the radar.

Kinda iffy if you ask me. Gotta think of all the people who are too paranoid to admit they toke.

Indeed...to my mind, and experience...the UK wins hands down on drug use, on all drug use. CLosest would be the US and France...after which maybe canada and australia. But if we are talking per person, surely jamaica would figure highly????if such statistics were accurate.

33% of Belgian youths smoke cannabis which is quite high.

Perhaps. To my knowledge though...weed is illegal in Jamaica but it should still be somewhere at the top of the list nevertheless.

you can't take figures like this seriously. none of them can be accurate.
