hash wont stick together

Greetings,I've joined this forum because after hours of searching,I feel this is the place for info.
I made some hash by rubbing it through a stocking hose,I know I need screens,is this the reason it wont ball up,i've heated it,pressed it with alot of wieght..still nothing,looks ok,but falls apart if you bend it..is the reason to much plant matter got through the stocking?
would using a 125 screen solve this issue?

ive seen hash that crumbles very easily
but nothing like your describing. i can bet that the reason is because product that shitty never makes it to the public.

your extraction method didnt work. i would try smoking whatever crumbly shit you have and see how it is
then try another hash making method in the future

I had some problems with crumbling hash the other day too, and soon lost patience and smoked it instead

I think it might be because of impurites (leaf matter) in the kief..i know mine wasn't all that pure atleast

How did you extract the kief anyways?

You could always try shoe hash...it seems to work for some people who have tried everything else to no avail

A method i used to use to press the real crumbly stuff was to wrap it in clingfilm then put it in my shoe and do a shift at work. The combined weight and heat over that time would press it nicely.
