Video 'shows 2-year-old smoking cannabis'
Police have released a video of a two-year-old girl smoking what appears to be cannabis.

The video was allegedly recorded by the girl's own mother on a mobile phone in a living room in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Jessica Gamble, 21, is accused of giving the drug to her daughter while they were watching television at home in June.

Miss Gamble can allegedly be heard in the background giving instructions to the child and laughing.

The American mother has been charged with child endangerment, corrupting another person with drugs, and tampering with evidence. She faces up to 11 years in jail if convicted.

She is said to have recorded her daughter then sent it to someone else who alerted authorities.

Prosecutor Joseph Deters said: "It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching her two-year-old child how to smoke a joint.

"There are just some people who should never have children."

The girl is currently being looked after by other members of her family.

No way I read the title and thought it was a story I just read about a 2year old boy called Ardi Rizal in Jakarta who smoked 40 cigs a day! He was in my Bizarre magazine

yeah they ended up coming and getting the kid off of smoking cigarettes.. I think the video of the kid was one of the highest viewed videos for a little while

its some dark shit, what kind of parent lets their kids do something like that, thats just grim

They don't deserve the title of "parents" that's for sure

the kid who was smoking cigarettes is a little more complex than that.. They went over that where the baby lived and found out no one really knows how bad smoking is there. There aren't all those cigarette ads saying how much it kills and it isn't as much of a social problem there.
