my humidity level is at 41%! i watered my plants but they look like they are getting dry. how can i add moisture to the air?

i was thinking of getting paper towels and soaking them and putting a bunch in the closet where im growing..

please help asap

I'm pretty sure paper towels will just encourage molds to start growing in there. My suggestion would be (what I've read before) to get a bucket with water in it, then hang a TOWEL (not paper towel) upside down so it's partly in the water. The water will release off of the towel semi quickly

Yeah, that's probably the easiest cheapest way.
