i was told if they legalized weed they were going to drop the THC levels in the weed tremendously so the weed u'd be buying from ur smoke shops still wouldnt be nearly as good as wuts on the streets, to me it'd be a waste of time..

yeah, thats prolly a safe bet WakeNbake. The Government woundn't give u the same levels, they'd make no extra profit. and you know the government...well at least the canadian government..

if they did legalize it, dealers woudl go out of business, plus if it was legal it would only be legal to buy n smoke in caffess, so dealers with there own weed would still get aressted like some ppl makin there own cugs and sellin` em on.. its eligal to grow your own tobaccoo in england so it would proly be the same with green

they would be taxed to fuck and that would probly be a good reason for them to legalize it, but it would be cheaper than street prices and would probably be legal to grow your own.

I'm with u ryan, surely if it was legal u wld be able to grow ur own plants. You can in holland you just aren't allowed to sell it unless you have a license.
and even if it was taxed to fuck supply would dramatically rise, because there would be so many ppl growing it with a license. In much larger quantities as there will no longer be the same need to conceal it.

In Holland every person is allowed 4 plants for home use

No but think about it, at the moment, profit made from weed and other drugs worlwide, is spent within large criminal organanisations. WHich is what they are strying to stop aswell.
If weed was leghalised, the money could be taxed and spent on health and services such as that over the country.
It makes sense.

Think about this: Right now we are actually paying Billions of dollars to enforce marijuana prohibition. There are thousands of people in jail for marijuana related offenses. Its costing us 20k a year per prisoner(about) to keep them in jail.

The government could instead Be making money, and make marijuana safer by monitoring its production (like alcohol and shit).
