why wont these seeds germinate?

ive had about 12 seeds (From a seedbank, good shit) germinating for about 2 weeks, not a single seed has cracked.
ive added a bit of hydrogen peroxide, and still no luck
what the hell is going on?

The soil is probably dried out.

did you over water your seeds? If so they wouldn't grow and if you put them in the sun with litter water it might have dried out.

well if they have dried out your fucked mate,once seeds are dry they are gone.
just get a wet/damp dish cloth and drop your seeds in it and fold it up and leave it in a dark place..check it every other day and from time to time mist it with more water

yeah in a dark cool place, what strain you growing i checked mine every 24 hours and one had even broke the seed off in germination thought it would die but it was the first to sprout!
