Dudes i need ur help

I got a problem, here goes...
for reasons too long to explain i had to move to a shithole by the name of mother russia, its hard to find decent weed here by itself but thats only half the problem, the main problem is that there are no bongs or bluntwrap here. i can make my own shifty bongs but theyre nowere near as good since its real hard to make them with a filter and i cant smoke more than around 6 cones without one, so what i need is advice on how to make decent joints with ordinary paper, if thats possible, or any other ideas too

sorry to hear all that
my suggestion would be to order a bulk order of say, a million or so wraps in from some other place. have them shipped in.
and maybe buy a couple of bongs.
all that should last you a while if you have the money to spend on it.
i cant think of anything else though.

Just buy a cigar and take the tobacco out of it. Or go to www.everyonedoesit.com and buy a crap load of blunt wraps and maybe a bong or bowl.
