no school
cant wait for the storm to stop so i can go to the montain and shred some powder !

Nah this is bullshit. I'm supposed to go to this party tomorrow and I have no idea where it is because school was cancelled.

What the hell? weird storm, last night I could barely go out for s moke due to the freezing rain, blowing winds and chilling temperatures but today its a clear sky, at least 10 decrees celcius and allt he snow is melting!
Its a fucking beautiful spring day out!

man, im not sure where you guys live, but I had the same kind of storm, freezing rain, lots of snow, school canceled, actually, in sitting here not going to school because i dont like walking trough snow

Our temp. has been rising and I don't think there is going to be anymore snow this year for us
We only had 2 snowfalls that made it above an inch of snow this year. Usually we have at least 20+ inches of snow in the winters. DAMN GLOBAL WARMING!

I was just recently told that global warming doesn't actually mean the earth is progressively getting warmer, but that it just means the ice caps are melting that much more whenever summer rolls through. Anyone clarify?

Global warming is caused by greenhouse gases that 'insulate' the Earth's atmosphere. Like wearing an extra coat. Yes, it's getting warmer. The ice caps are melting because the winter is getting shorter and shorter by the year, which doesn't allow ice to freeze up and kind of 'sit' around in summer.

haha Gub, i live in mtl too, west island..
its been pounding snow all day, and last night too. well, not sure what time it started so i cant say for sure when... but its still snowing..

shit sucks tought the wind is blowing like a bitch today i cant go ride with that it just makes u go down slowly
the weather channel is saying that its going to be 3c this sunday, now thats gonna be dope !

ye my school got cancelled too. it was kind good cause it got cancelled yesterday too and i had an assignment to hand in, but im droppin that class now so it doesnt even matter

It's an El Nino year so blame that right now not global warming. I'm sure next year you're gonna be pissed when it's -20 every single day.

Classes weren't even cancelled today and I'm in Montreal too. March break just started today also though..too bad it's only a week.
