well, that depends on how you define 'stoned' ..the original meaning of the word was like not being able to move at all right? just sitting in your couch being unable or unvilling to move a single muscle
if your THAT stoned you might not wanna cut your hair or do any activities that involve you interacting with other people and making decisions....

just dont get a haircut....im always stupid and get a haircut 6 months into letting my hair get long and then i cut my hair for no damn reason...like last year this girl said i would look more suitable if i cut my shaggy hair off for the fukin prom...if i knew in advance i would never talk to her again really in my life i would never of done it dammit!

I used to have really long hair.. well, then I cut it like I have it now (check out my pics if you wanna).. It takes too much time to grow it out, I never have the damn patience... like boondox said, 6 months into it you just say 'fuck it' and cut your hair short again
