I wouldn't normally mind how they write, but when it takes me 3-4 times longer to read a simple sentence because the way it's written...i just give up on it.

I used to be quite bad for leet speak, but as of 18+ I started to type properly, mainly because I speak to alot of Nordics, mainly Swedes and I just think it's common courtesy to type properly to them. Also it helps when it comes to writing documents and stuff, being too used to shortcut typing has its fall backs coz (because if we're being picky ) you end up spending more time correcting yourself...

Yeah, I don't really like when people don't write properly. It's one thing to talk badly, but to type badly is another. I think it really represents who you are and makes it easier for others to read your thoughts and answer your questions in greater detail because they know what the fuck it is you are talking about. Plus, high people can actually read what you say the first or second try.
