I went to court the other day for possession, i got busted back in September with 5 grams of weed. all they gave me was a 260 dollar fine an d thats it. This surprised me since its in a small rural town in Southwest VA. around here its usually 6 months probation for minors that get busted with weed. guess i was lucky

Weed, is starting to get really decriminalized, It's gonna be legalized not to long from now, atleast I have a feeling it will.

Yeah its a good thing they didnt really put you into the system and make you go on probation! Glad to see the courts have something better to do than bust a peaceful dood.

in reality... five grams is minute... im surprised you had to go to court for that... glad it all turned out well

ye 5 grams is kind of on that line between the cop throwing it out (or smoking it to himself...which is more likely the case) or giving you a ticket to show up in court. usually cops wont bother to deal with small amounts like that, but i guess some cop was having a slow month or something

thats bullshit. last may they popped me wit a blunt n i spent tha nite n jail. went 2 court n got reseted lk 7 times. i finally got my sentencing last wk or so. 6 months probation, 24 hrs community service, 8 hr drug class, and weekly ua's (drug tests), but if i get my comm service n drug class done n a month or 2 n pay my fine (payed $640 still owe $214) then i will get off n a month or 2

wow man you got fucked over. the pigs caught me and 5 other people with a half oz, a 24, a 12 pack, and a 40 oz of vodka, and all they did was send use further down the ravine.

To be honest, i guess its all a matter of where you live. I don't actually have any experience with cops, because ive always managed to keep a low profile. But try to keep it discreet, people who go around screaming ''Ive got weed'' deserve to get busted.

yeah same... would prefer to smoke in peace... then watch for cops all the time...
